The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the location, even if the surroundings aren't very pleasant. But that is all of Semporna!

Very good place to stay for a couple of nights. It is clean, good beds with curtains, spacious room, free washing machine, very friendly and helpful staff, convenience location, good common area to sit. Would definitely stay again

The location is good, you don't need a taxi to get to restaurants or the dock. Staff were decent. Breakfast was basic but ok. There is a washing machine, but somehow it was always running when we wanted to use it so we went to a laundromat in the end.

Breakfast is local style, the location is really good, fairly close to durian shop, 10min walk to the Main Street and the dock, if I had any chance to visit I would definitely stay here again.
