Villas Overview

Located about 5-minute walk away from Seminyak Beach, Villa Sipo offers a retreat with a colonial architecture and two private pools. Nestled within tropical gardens, the villa is fitted with Balinese-style décor, high ceilings a spacious terrace. The villa is conveniently located within a short walk to the main street of Seminyak, where guests can find shops and restaurants. Free WiFi is available in all areas.
Guests can lounge by the pool, or request for a pampering in-villa massage. The villa features a living area with a flat-screen TV and a rattan sofa set. It also has an open-air living and dining pavilion that open onto the pools and garden. The dedicated villa staff are also there to help you with your needs.
Breakfast is served every morning at the villa. Barbecue facilities are provided in the garden and vegetarian guests can be accommodated.
Villa Sipo is 800 metres from Potato Head and 900 metres from Ku De Ta. Waterbom Park is 7.9 km away and Ngurah Rai Airport is 11.4 km from the property.

Villa offers a spacious open-concept living and dining room with a timber dining table set for 14 people. Bathroom provides a free-standing tub and outdoor shower. Please note that : - The villa rate for 6 guests (including adults, children and babies) is for 3 bedrooms. - The villa rate for 8 guests (including adults, children and babies) is for 4 bedrooms. - The villa rate for 10 guests (including adults, children and babies) is for 5 bedrooms.

Everything met our expectations. Staff (Agus, Su-Chee and Yuli were so lovely and caring. Bedrooms were always nice and fresh, location was perfect. Close enough to the action but very quiet especially at night. Pools were awesome as was the breakfast.

Absolutely everything! 👍😊😊😊😘😊😊😊 The breakfasts were terrific. The staff went out of their way to prepare and present a delicious meal every morning that had lots of variety. Suci, Gusti, Juna, Shelly and Adi (the driver) were always kind, considerate and willing to do anything that made our stay at the villa perfect. The gardens are beautiful and the two pools were enjoyed by our family of 3 adults and 4 children every day. The whole villa was really well looked after and very secure. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a wonderful place to stay in Seminyak.
