The fine print
Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be cancelled without refund.Debit cards or cards that have debit and credit card functions must not be used.If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID.Please note that bedding type, extra bed, and crib request as well as babysitter service are subject to availability. Extra bed is only available at the suite and villa categories at an extra charge. A maximum of 1 extra bed can be accommodated per room and is inclusive of breakfast.Breakfast is served based on the standard occupancy for each room type, except for guests booking the room-only option. We often stay at The Haven. This time we booked a Deluxe room with balcony. We got an upgrade to a premium room with pool access on the groundfloor. Very nice of the staff. However, if you like to open the curtains in the morning and still want privacy, like we, then a room on 2nd or higher floor is better. Now the curtains had to stay closed, or people can see you in the room. If you want direct access to the pool of course great room. So next time we ask for room with balcony 😉. But our stay was great, welcome fruit, comfortable room and great breakfast. Staff is excellent. We come back soon

The 2br suite was spacious and clean. A few air conditioner issues but the team was very helpful so we were not impacted too much. Staff were brilliant

The Haven Hotel was so relaxing, clean and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again . Staff went over and beyond with service. Always warm and friendly staff. Food was sooo good . Buffet breakfast 10/10 and location was perfect 👌🏿

Breakfast was fantastic, everyday they have something different in the main menu, plus the usual selection of American breakfast. It is very centric to Seminyak beach and a lot of restaurants and shops around. The Suite with 2 bedrooms and a nice view from the 4th floor.

Lovely room, super friendly and helpful staff, decent pools. Good value, convenient location to shops, walkable to the beach.
