The way the Facilities was organised every thing been looked after eg in breakfast always got 5 staff waiting on standby for your needs . Cleanse staff always small on face they call you by your name very helpful For families kids club is awesome.

I have stayed at Montigo Resorts many times and will keep doing so in the future. The location is great, rooms are clean (and quiet), breakfast is one of the best I’ve had and service is mind blowing. For example we wanted to watch Netflix before bed but the room had an old TV which didn’t support it so they installed a new TV in 20 minutes!

The staff were absolutely brilliant -Tiwi, Kumala, Lora and all the staff went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. Had great advice on places to visit, how to get around and they even sorted a room so we could shower and refresh before leaving for a late flight! We were able to visit the spa and utilise the pool right up until leaving for the airport. The breakfast was brilliant and the guys who made drinks by the pool would bring them to us while we were lounging enjoying the place. The staff were so helpful when we were planning how to spend our day or things to do/ see. Great location too - short walk to central Seminyak, The traffic control and security were just as friendly too. Absolute recommend!

Such a great location, next to potato head, near w. Lots of cafes and restaurants close walking distance. Safe area. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Always return here.

Everything is good 😊 The room is clean and the bed is good. My daughter loves their playground. The breakfast was good, all the staff very helpful and friendly. For sure I will be back at this hotel again. Thanks Montigo 🩷
