Moderately clean. Had to ask them to clean areas missed a few times. There were issues with the water. Toilet wouldn't flush, handing noise on roof, no water in kitchen. They moved us to the other villa and gave us floating brekky, flower bath etc for free anniversary pressie for inconvienance. Overall, we did like this villa. Great value for money but a bit more care with cleaning and repairs wouldn't go amiss

Great pool, quiet location but close to everything. No through lane meant no passing traffic. Breakfast - delicious. Staff very polite and helpful. Great water pressure in shower.

The location was amazing, close to all kinds of amenities. Everything is walking distance so no traffic problems!

The pool is great, always a sun bed available, the room was good with air con, front verandah, new beds since last time & location is good for Seminyak. Plenty of restaurants & night life nearby.

The location is good, but there is a long walk to the property from the main road. Was advised not to walk it at night. To be honest, it's just average. The "suite" thing is a misnomer. We were in an upstairs room, and it is, just a room. The air con wasnt working well but we managed to score ourselves a fan the first night. It wasn't available the second night as " they only had one". The pool is nice, and the staff are friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! We had a late check in and it looked like they stayed up to accommodate that. Also helped with our bags into the taxi / into the room ☺️

The room was very spacious with big windows and a large balcony. We had a comfortable stay with all the basics and the pool was always clean and nice. The location is convenient and in a quiet alley. And the staff are always available and very helpful.
