We loved the ground floor room next to the pool.Hotel situated in great location near shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping and room service were good .

Right in the centre of Seminyak, clean room ,staff were excellent . Especially Yusran, he was very helpful and made sure we were safe and comfortable. 10/10 service from him!

The cleanliness of the room, the staff were super friendly. Each time we called for something it was at our room within minutes. Although its on a busy street it’s very quiet in the hotel. The food at the restaurant downstairs is amazing.

The location was good as we had a birthday party not far. The balcony was a little disappointing. I ordered a glass of wine which I was charged $17 for. I could buy of bottle in Legian for $25.

Amazing hotel, couldn't recommend it more. The staff are amazing so helpful and super nice. The restaurant next has amazing food aswell! I recommend getting the breakfast included.
