Great location!, Close to many cafes & bars, 5 minutes by scooter to the main shopping district. Staff was super friendly & happy to help. Room was a good size for one person or a couple & cleaned everyday.

Great pool with pool bar. Good restaurant and breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and location was good. Had a couple things that we didn't like but still a great stay none the less.

I have stayed at the Vila Lumbung many times and this time I got another version of their best rooms. I have also stayed in their cheaper less luxurious hotel rooms but prefer the best ones that are half a little 2-storey house. Normally these are quite expensive, but given the season (more rain) and availability of discounts (Black Friday etc.) I got a real bargain. It was a family room with the usual big bedroom/lounge area and large (but, unusual for a ground floor room) inside bathroom (with bath and separate shower), plus a separate room suitable for children/one adult, and a separate kitchen with larger fridge and basic tools and plates and cutlery! The location as always is great - lots of fine dining locations nearby. This time I could also buy food to eat in my room with ease which was excellent.

the room was spacious and had all the basic amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful. the pool and gym facilities were great and well maintained.
