Lovely staff are so nice. Venue is great. Only thing that I did not like was the food at the restaurant. I thought it was very average and a heavy menu - lots of deep fried food and not very flavourful.

The grand mecure was inviting from the moment you stepped into the foyer. It was warm in inviting and the staff were so friendly. The room was spacious and we did have a pool access room and that was nice. The pool was great the restaurant was really nice the buffet breakfast had so much to choose from for everyone

Overall great stay. The staff were very nice and always attentive, we ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the food was excellent, as was the breakfast for both quality and choice. Lovely pool area, the pool was much bigger than I expected which was a pleasant surprise, the swim up bar was also an added bonus.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING …❤️ The rooms were lovely , the pool was awesome , the gardens were beautiful , the buffet breakfast was to die for , the swim up bar and lounge was really cool , the restaurant menu was great and the staff were just amazing ❤️ Two min walk to the beach , 40 seconds walk to one of the busy shopping streets , soooooo many amazing places to eat around that area … ❤️

Location was good as it was a short walk from the beach and shops, the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. Water was provided so no need of worrying about getting sick due to the water. The staff were amazing, humble and always so accommodating. They treated you as if you were special.

Located close to the beach, local and international food, shopping and taxi service. Efficient thoughtful staff. Nice large clean rooms with little refrigerator. Good variety and selection at the buffet breakfast.

Everything, but mostly the staff and the pool area and bar. we had two birthday we celebrated at breakfast time and the girls Kiama and Heni were wonderful organising a cake making contest hem feel very special thank you ladies!
