All the staff were extremely friendly and supportive. I had bali belly during my stay, the staff were very caring and made me ginger tea to help. They also helped me arrange doctor. They helped me arrange taxi while I left. There is nothing more to improve from service. The villa is designed with a beautiful garden & pool and in a golden location.

the property was so special and had the best of both worlds whilst being a private villa but also having staff near by which provide breakfast and help you feel safe and cared for. from the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty and I’m already planning the next trip back. it was so clean and beautiful.

Amazing villa, huge space, comfy beds, great showers, pool is amazing for the hot days, brilliant chill out space, all tvs have Netflix/prime etc….. and the staff here are amazing they go out there way to help You and assist you in everything they are a pleasure. Will 100% be back and defo recommend to anyone especially with kids 👌

Great location not far from beaches or restaurants and very quiet. Very clean with friendly staff. Pool was immaculate. Bed was comfortable and one of the best sleeps in a hotel I've ever had.
