The hotel, the staff the room everything was great! The only thing that needs to be improve is the shower pressure in the bathroom. The shower head was leaking and caused the water pressure weak.

Putu, the guest services agent who checked us in, was very warm and welcoming especially considering that we’re got in late. The people who were managing the breakfast were all kind and accommodating.

Second time we have stayed and we would come back again. Staff are all welcoming and friendly Facilities are great Close walk to everything Rooms are spacious and are cleaned daily

A pleasant and well appointed hotel that I suspect are trading on the Marriott brand in the name but not delivering to the same exacting standards. Don’t get me wrong. It is pleasant enough, ticks all the boxes and they offer a superb breakfast and have super helpful and friendly staff who take time and pleasure ensuring you are well cared for. The room on the 5th floor was large, fresh and clean with good towels and quality bedding but the two single beds had rather poor quality mattresses.
