Location, arrival, friendly staff, good housekeeping and secure overnight parking were all good. Restaurant outlet open from early to late and serves beer in the evenings. Breakfast consists of a Nusantara (local) food buffet, it looked good but we didn't have time to try it. The aircon in the room was new and worked well. The mattress was firm and supportive, and all surfaces in the room and ensuite bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned.

The location is good within walking distance of the Alun Alun with many options for dining & the buffet breakfast excellent. The staff are friendly & accommodating with always a smile & willing to assist.

What I especially appreciate is the friendliness of the staff. If I could highlight a few people who do their job extremely well, it would be Devita at reception, super friendly, always helpful and patient with a big smile, Dimas, a multi-talent at the bar, who creates delicious, own drinks, speaks excellent English and provides excellent service and Roy, marketing manager, who makes the stay in the hotel very pleasant through his hospitality and enthusiasm.
