Stayed for 10 nights, outstanding customer service, make you feel valued and welcome at every interaction from the concierge, to the reception staff, to the service and maintenance staff. All trained to high standards and look genuinely happy at work, which tells a lot. We visit Semarang often and it was my first time staying at Ciputra... we will certainly stay here again.

The overall stay was good—an excellent breakfast with many options. My original room was well dated and too many broken things needed to be fixed. After some extremely unpleasant struggle, we managed to switch rooms. Very spacious one. The gym is good and the pool area was nice as well. The hotel is connected to Citra Mall which is convenient. Respect to the FO Manager who dealt with the issues professionally and apologized in person. No one else seems to care.

The location was ideal for our needs as we were just passing through en route to Surabaya. On arrival the reception staff could not have been more helpful or friendlier. They helped us us out booking train tickets for the following day. Thank you to them. The restaurant and bar were super value for money and we really enjoyed our meals and drinks. The room was very comfortable too.
