We loved our stay here in Borgo dei Lecci, everything was clean and the staff is very friendly. the pool area is super nice and the restaurant is excellent. Francesco is the best, so kind with children and so thoughtful with everything. the rooms are lovely. we loved our weekend.

Everything was amazing. We intended to stay one night but it was so good that we stayed three - we really didn't want to leave. The attention to detail, level of service and perfection of the rooms and outdoor areas were faultless. Although it's still winter weather, the gardens were amazing...they are going to be even better in a couple of months - I wish I could hang around to see them. There was endless hot water, the beds were incredible, soft yet firm, quality toiletries, fluffy towels and two bathmats (yay), daily housekeeping. Maria was so attentive at breakfast and made sure everything was just as we wanted it. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, and that was, again, perfect, including the service - they were full with a private event but still fit us in, looked after us and made us feel special. The smallest details were all thought of - for example, their tabletops were all custom made Italian ceramics, their plates were works of art, the numbers on the rooms were all handmade ceramics, every piece of furniture was top quality. If you come in summer you are in for a real treat, their pool looks amazing. Every member of staff we encountered from the gardener, to the housekeeping to the restaurant & kitchen staff to the reception staff made us feel so welcome - what an amazing team. I really can not speak highly enough of this hotel. I would expect to pay double for a hotel that delivers at this level. Thank you so much for an unforgettable three nights! :)
