Please contact the property in advance with your arrival time.The Coast Yard welcomes dogs in our garden rooms (Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10) only. There is a limit of two dogs per room. On arrival, there will be a charge of £15. per dog.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

the location was excellent for access to Selsey. The room was clean and well equipped. breakfast was excellent and with a good choice to choose from. The host was friendly and helpful with local advice.

Lovely B&B in a great location. Staff could not have been any friendlier or helpful. We were given an upgrade to a larger room which was really appreciated. The room was very comfortable. Freshly cooked breakfast to order was also a treat. Definitely recommend and we will return.
