The property has been presented really well with an attractive seaside theme to the decor, it was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, I could not fault it and the bed was really comfy. The property is in a fantastic position overlooking the sea and you could simply just walk out of the property and you are on the beach or just sit on the upstairs balcony for splendid panoramic views of the sea and boats. Access to larger towns from Selsey is good either by public transport or by car. I would deffinately stop here again it was so peaceful and relaxing.

We like the location, we have stayed there before. It’s a great size for a couple with a balcony looking onto the promenade. The bed is very comfortable and the location is very quiet and restful.

It was absolutely stunning 5 nights that we spent in this beautiful place. Modern, clean house. Beautiful smell of duvets and sheets. Super comfy beds, and we are quite heavy people. We enjoyed every minute there. I find Danielle massage lady 4min by car from our place. She was perfect. We visited a few places, restaurants, and beaches, but the main thing for us was relaxing and recharge batteries. This holiday had everything. Love, love this place.
