The house is directly next to the Golden Circle, so a really good place to stay. You don't notice the road though. It is a very cozy house, nicely furnitured and very comfy. The key was in a lockbox. We had to extend our stay because on the day we wanted to leave the roads were not passable, luckily it was possible and the handling was easy. We also got lucky, it's a great place to watch Northern Lights. Also it was a new experience to sit in the middle of winter in a Hot Tub on a terrace and enjoy the snowy landscape.

We had a wonderful stay in this modern and beautifully designed home, perfectly located in a serene and remote spot on the Golden Circle. The house was spotless and thoughtfully furnished with lovely bedrooms and incredibly comfortable beds, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Although there’s only one bathroom, the wonderful shower made it worth the occasional wait given that we are a family of 6. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials and even some basic ingredients, making it easy to prepare meals. Communication with the host was seamless and efficient, adding to the stress-free experience. This property is ideally situated for exploring the Golden Circle’s breathtaking attractions. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The house is very luxurious and well equipped. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house, lighted with Christmas lights, is welcoming and make it easier to find the house in the dark. A bar of Icelandic chocolate as part of a welcome is a very thoughtful nice touch. Being able to view the Northern Lights from the house was such a treat!

Amazing property. Super clean, super location. Amazing view of Northern lights. The provided coffee and hot chocolate went down very well. All home comforts were provided for including a washing machine which was a bonus! Also we had a small accident with our car and the owners were so helpful reassuring us through the panic! We would love to return!

A serviced apartment with everything needed for cooking (minus groceries) and laundry provided, as well as fresh linens/spares and toiletries. Underfloor heating kept temperature very cosy inside. Fully ready for use hot tub outside. Everything was very comfortable and can’t recommend this place enough as a place to stay for a quick break. Location was excellent for exploring the Golden Circle.
