I love it. The staffs were so nice, the view from the balcony was amazing. The room was spacious for 4 persons, the beds were comfortable. I felt like at home. Oh, the breakfast (they served turkish breakfast) which is amazing. It was on platter served to 4 of us. It was a nice experience, if I can stay for more than 1 night.

We stayed in the quadruple room which had a small roof garden where there is a beautiful clear view of the Ayasuluk Castle and the Selcuk town. The room was of a good size for my wife and I with our teenage sons. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is on a hill which is a rather steep climb if walking from town, but this also is what gives it good views. The walk to town takes about 10 minutes. There was a swimming pool about 15m in length which was nice to have except that the weather was too cold to swim. Breakfast was the traditional turkish breakfast with little dishes of olives, jams, honey served with vegetable, eggs and bread. It was nice. The staff, even though not all of them spoke English, were friendly and helpful. We had a rented car and they had a little carpark. It was slightly tight to park and kind of on a cliff edge. The Saturday market in Selcuk was very interesting with all sorts of produce on sale.

Awesome view and the best in town. Helpful owners ready to go above and beyond to make customers comfortable. The villa is beautifully maintained with a greece vibe. The balcony view of the whole selcuk town and the fort is amazing.

The hotel staff picked us up from the train station, and throughout our stay gave us multiple lifts to and from hotel. During my stay in Selcuk, my debit card got stuck in the ATM, and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful throughout, helping me to deal with that issue. No problems to extend the room for another night. Great views of the city and the castle from the balcony.

What a gem! This was such a beautiful hotel! Such wonderfull staff- so friendly and helpful, delicious breakfast feast, amazing view. Our favourite hotel so far on our 3 week Türkiye road trip.

Fantastic owner, very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good. The place was very clean, with a fantastic view of Selçuk castle and city. Also one of the few places who do not only advertise a pool but actually have clean water in it even in the off season.The owner said he likes the view of the pool filled with water even in winter and there are even some hardy folks who go and swim at subzero temperatures.

Though on a uphill, the hotel is near to town centre and many places of interest. Free shuttle service makes up for the demanding walk up the hill.
