I like the place; For rate RM145.80 (1 night stay), it’s a good place to visit. The owner are also nice.

Alot of public parking spaces. Strategic homestay. Whether halal or non-halal, all type of restaurants available nearby. Mini mart like speedmart or kk mart also nearby. Nearest Aeon mall around 10 minutes which is nice. 30 minutes to centre of Johor Bahru if jammed. The owner will personally hand you the keys. Deposit rm100.
