Location very strategic. Bed & pillow very comfort. Room very satisfied. 10 min by walk a lots of good foods, Hawker, Restuarant. 10 min by drive three shopping mall.

I have experience many hotels struggling post pandemic with poor maintenance and services. Hermess Hotel is not within that category. The hotel is immanaculately clean, room modern are comfortable mattress, four pillows, bedsheets new & Services by Check-in Kiok (almost) up to date services & alot of parking space. Loved my stay there and would definitely come back, Thank you!!

I came back again and stayed the 2nd time. We really love the mattress, cleanliness and environment. A lot of restaurants & food courts surrounding, Lok Lok supper easy to find! Will recommend to my friends and colleagues.

The self check in system is very convenient, I can check in anytime in a smooth process. I like the hotel ambience and the room's cleanliness is very good! The main thing is the mattress is so comfy!
