We absolutely loved our stay! The staff is exceptional - so friendly and welcoming - they truly make you feel at home. Our room was fantastic: clean, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. One detail I really appreciated was the paper napkins provided in the bathroom - a small touch you don’t usually see in accommodations, but I loved it! The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food to choose from. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Without a doubt, we’ll be staying here again the next time we visit Serra da Estrela! P.S. If they offer you tangerines, definitely take them - they’re super sweet and delicious 😍

Great location. The hotel is on a hill away from the nearest villages. Crystal air quietness. Beautiful sunset views in the evening.

The receptionist/manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great. The pool was lovely - though it does actually overlook the road coming alongside the property! Accommodation was modern and done well.

The booking-in process was quick and we were even without asking show a safe place in garage for our bicycles and I would say the lady who work there was making the stay so wonderful by even show where to eat and what to see. She was for me the best of all the places we stayed by just being herself (not over friendly)

Fantastic town, location is perfect with beautiful views from the pool area. Staff is super friendly and welcoming and gave us great advice on what to see during our stay. A very personal and well looked-after place.

We were made feel very welcome upon arrival, João was extremely friendly and helpful. We were taken to our room which was really pleasant and well appointed, with a very large and comfortable bed. Towels for the use of the exterior pool were brought to us and he also suggested his best places where to eat for the evening dinner. The buffet breakfast was perfect, enough choice to satisfy most people, plenty of Nespresso coffee types and the food counter was regularly replenished. João proved to be very professional, friendly, attentive and available to the guests needs. Great location, steps away from the center of Seia and free parking across the street.
