“Charming hotel in Segovia's old town.”

Friendly welcome, nice lobby and well-equipped rooms, some with views. From the outside, the hotel looks small, but as it is built on a hillside, it has six floors. Some of the rooms (407 for example) have a nice view. Breakfast is served in a large, well-lit room with a terrace and offers everything you would expect from a good continental breakfast. We would definitely book the hotel again and can only recommend staying there.

Very quiet and peaceful enviroment, lovely and helpful staff. The room and hotel was very comfortable, there were things that may have improved my stay, a desk in the room for odd working purposes would have been ideal, also room service or restaurant (open kitchen)* to serve lunch or dinner. Another plus would have been a bigger bathroom. Nevertheless, a very positive two day stay.

Location was pretty good for sightseeing; you could walk to almost anywhere in the old part of town. The property itself was great: clean and comfortable. When I finally DID find the right streets to drive on to get to the parking garage, it was a very secure and good parking spot and there was an elevator you could take directly to the floor your room was on so taking things to the room was easy. Because it got pretty late before I FINALLY discovered how to drive to the parking garage, it seemed a very safe neighborhood to be walking in. Wifi worked very well.
