location, size and cleanliness of the room and comfort of bed. all at a sensible pry. Paresh was a gentleman. Just outside the theme park that downtown Sedona’s become, but an easy drive. Restaurants and bars an easy walk.i should add that the views are great.

Paresh on check in was great, he took the time to give tips on things to do and was very informative. The hotel was quiet and in a good location and very spacious.

This was by far best place we have stayed on our overseas road trip paying on average the same cost as here. Very clean bed comfy host helpful although not in main town we had a hired car so fine for us

Good price for the area, close to good dining options (dinner & breakfast). Very pleasant staff, had a great chat about cricket with them since our countries share a love & rivalry.
