Pelican Lodge is a great place. Cleopatra was very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Lovely garden. Wonderful breakfast.

Look no further for a great place to stay in Sedgefield! Hands down the best guesthouse I've found in a long time. My room was so thoughtfully appointed, with everything needed for a comfy stay. Stylish too! A rarity was the good sized and private covered patio, with a pretty view and seating options that made it usable day and night. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and helpful, putting great care into this peaceful little haven. They've successfully raised the bar in Sedgefield😋

Breakfast very good with great options! Garden really inspiring and calming to look at and parking inside property close to room very practical and easy to load luggage and shopping.

A really sweet little B'nB with everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony outside. Cleopatra was so sweet and made us feel very welcome, even organising an early breakfast for us. The breakfast was delicious and filling!
