Welcomed and felt at home as soons as we arrived. Paul and Sam are great hosts and it's brilliant to have the friendly dogs and other animals around to interact with :-) Location is just beautiful, right on the river and surrounded by the stunning fells/countryside. Hot tub is a real bonus and lovely to sit and admire your surroundings in the evenings. Would not stay anywhere else other than here if we were back in the area again, a brilliant week :-)

A lovely cottage in a really quiet and peaceful location, with amazing views from the hot tub! The owner was really helpful and friendly, and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Very comfortable with all the facilities we could want - including a laundry room with a heated towel rack, great for our wet clothes after a rainy walk. Very dog friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

it was clean and cosy with fantastic views. There was a lovely welcome pack and the owners were friendly and helpful. Hot tub an added bonus.
