The retro vibe grew on me, cool area with a great café nearby, glad there was a laundry, cleaners made my bed every day!

Location. Spacious rooms. Most staff attentive and helpful. Lobby could relax in. Computer in lobby available. Parking in parkade available (at cost )a block away. Had full fridge, microwave , coffee maker and basic dishes.

The building is nice and old, location is good. Coffee and tea in the room is nice. Staff is friendly. Cleanles is ok.

The room was basic, no frills. It’s an older hotel but it was clean. A clean room is the highest importance to me and this room met m expectations. The staff was good. The neighbourhood was safe. The parking was not free which was disappointing. $24 for 24 hours was expensive especially considering that other hotels I’ve stayed at always had free parking.

Excellent location, perfect for the convention or heading downtown. I've seen several comments on the area but was out late both nights and there was zero danger or any kind of issue. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are older style but very clean and definitely cared for, and I was very happy with the kitchenette

The lower price was what brought me to the hotel for the night. I enjoyed the quaint 1930s hotel atmosphere as a novelty. The central location between the ferry terminal and Lumen field was very convenient.
