All spaces, excluding the Queen Room Disability Access, have a lofted bed only accessible by ladder. Please read the signage attached to the ladder on how to use it. We offer all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Previously we had stayed at Sonder Phoenix. Sonder is always high quality. max. security measures free lockers essentials board at entrance in case of need rooftop laundry option plus detergent supply. cos u always forget to bring

Location was great, price was ridiculous because of The Rolling Stones. This room is not worth $500 a night. It is a loft so you’re climbing up a latter to go to bed for $500 a night.

Beautifully renovated property in historic building. It’s a vibe! Great facilities such as a laundry room and roof terrace. The room was thoughtfully equipped, clean and the handwritten welcome note was a super lovely touch! The location is great, super close to train station and Downtown. I would consider to stay again.
