Third or fourth time we have stayed at a Sonder and absolutely love them so far, great quality and great service via the app provided you have access to the internet and the access codes have arrived before you set off travelling.

The property is in a great location, in walking distance to downtown and Capitol Hill. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very spacious. It is close to a busy road but we weren’t disturbed by the noise. Although we didn’t use it the kitchen is very well equipped.

Excellent location. Noise was relatively well blocked. Clean room. Functional. Plenty of top-up consumables. Excellent laundry. Polite and helpful cleaning staff. Excellent on-call staff to assist in staying extending stay. Lockers were available. Felt safe.

after reading the comments, I was worried that it would be noisy, but instead it was one of the quietest hotels I ever stayed in. maybe it has to do with the room, ours was overlooking the street and not the highway. it was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and felt more like a home than a hotel. the shower was spacious and a big extra for me was the fact that they had davines products in the shower, which is the best professional hair brand! I liked the extra touches, like the ear plugs. it was super easy to check in and I found it very convenient that you do not have to carry a key with you. I enjoyed the app, the chat was really responsive and the suggestions around the neighborhood came up handy. the location was also the best. close to so many restaurants, cafes and bars, on a busy street that makes you feel safe at all times. I will definitely look for a sonder on other destinations. as a couple, we are quite "demanding" and many times we have changed room or even hotel because it was not up to standards. so to find something that we enjoyed so much, was a really pleasant surprise.

Sonder really exceeded our expectations. It's a relatively new building, everything works impeccably. We were worried about the noise, because it's close to the highway, but we didn't even hear it. Kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need to cook. We loved the drinking fountain outside our room. Location is great too, close to the center (and conference center) and lots of restaurants in the area. Generally, we felt very unsafe in Seattle, but the area of the hotel was actually fine.
