The rooms were BIG (this was the 2nd time I stayed there). The toiletries are not "generic cheap" but of a good brand. The breakfast is simple, but gets you going. Location is very good, easy access to downtown and the lake for a nice walk.

I loved that the room was prepared for our early check-in and that there's an online option for us to go through the procedures. The people at the reception/front desk were kind, friendly, and had a great sense of humour, especially the gentleman on Sundayy morning.

It was extremely clean and tidy. We had a good amount of space and comfortable furniture! All the supplies were set. The receptionist and cleaning staff was very helpful and kind.

- Locations is quite good, close enough to all major Seattle attractions: pike market, needle, public library, etc... - For the price you pay for parking, you can keep your car there until 4pm, which is quite an advantage given how difficult parking is in Seattle - Wifi is quite reliable - Rooms are big and comfortable

Location is top! Seattle Tower is close, skyscrapers are around, Whole Foods around the corner. Our room was spacious and clean, the trash was emptied every day. We had a nice view of a skyscraper, the bed was large and convenient. Some fruits for breakfast. You can bake waffles.

easy access to all highlights of Seattle and tranaport transport. clean tidy rooms. everyone at reception friendly and helpful. would definitely stay again.
