- hotel is located in downtown, but on a hill, so there is a Little bit walking up - during our stay there was no room cleaning -Staff is very nice and helpful

Location was great, the hotel was easy to access. The staff were helpful on check in / out and with parking etc. We liked the little breakfast / coffee bar downstairs.

The staff at this hotel were so incredibly kind to me and my husband throughout the stay - but I need to highlight Samir. My partner and I parked in a parkade 3 blocks away from the hotel and accidentally left a light on. The car died. Samir rallied for us and found someone at the hotel to help us by driving one of their cars to the parkade with us and jumping our vehicle. They went above and beyond for us. This is all on top of a clean, spacious room, pet friendly, felt safe and secure, great value for what we paid, all-around WONDERFUL stay. This hotel has made regulars of us and you should become a regular too!
