Staff were amazing and so kind, the room was ready when I arrived at 11:30am which was so convenient and helpful after an early am flight! Check out process was also seamless, hotels in a perfect location and the view was stunning

Jimmy greeted us at the door and helped us with our luggage to the lobby where we met the amazing Alexis! She was fantastic at handling everything going on in the lobby! She juggles a lot all at once with a smile! This hotel is in a great location to get to Pikes Marketplace in about a 15-20 min walk.

Location. Clean, modern hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Noise isolation seemed to be pretty good, I always had a good sleep.

The staff were incredible. My partner had a crucial aid item broken at the airport and they were so helpful when she arrived and throughout the stay. They also accepted the package for the replacement item for us.
