Overall the facilities were good, the breakfast was excellent, some of the staff were a bit over the top with me, considering I was not used to the place and 1 day found myself in the wrong room, all in all l enjoyed being there. Thank you.

The hotel was very welcoming and cosy, a lot of effort had been made to make it Christmasay. The room was immaculate and bigger than we thought. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
