Lovely place to stay as a larger group. Fantastic communal area. Place is clean and comfortable. Pool table and dart board are a nice touch. 2 kitchens to cook in

Location was great for what we wanted. We were attending a local festival and hotel was walking distance. We were in the top floor but didn’t spend much time in the room. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable, it did us for what we wanted.

We stayed in Room 10 - this had a large bay window which offers views of Seaton Carew beach. The room had everything we needed and was immaculate. The shower was great- good water pressure - mentioning this because this has been criticised in other reviews. We didn't use the kitchen but had a look and there was everything anyone could need.
