Check in was very complicated. Same with check out. The whole process is totally difficult and for someone from overseas unusual.

the set up was intriguing at first, but once settled in it was very good. super clean, good to have workspace and a great location by the canal

The bed was really comfortable, communication was easy, they were really fast to answer my questions. Pool was really nice. Great location.
