Overall the hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool was over crowded. Lots of people saved sunbeds with towels for large portions of the day and never showed up to use them. It would be be beneficial if there was a pool attendant to remove towels on beds that had not been used. The room was spacious and clean but the carpet was heavily stained in several places which made the room feel a little unclean. Our room overlooked the sports court and kids would be playing on the court early in the morning which was noisy.

Location was great. Within walking distance to Old Scottsdale and a host of restaurants and the fashion district. The pools were nice but were covered in shade by 4 pm with limited to no seating in the sun. Also the hot tub was very small and sadly was not operational when we were there. A big disappointment.

This was the best stay during our road trip. Everything was perfect starting from lovely staff. We felt very welcomed by Magda in reception and excellent breakfast service as well. Our room was cosy but spacious not to mention cleanliness. The pool area was big and quiet. The hotel deserves a recommendation without a doubt.
