The fine print
Full payment is due upon check-in.Please note that the restaurant is open at dinner and reservation is needed. It is closed in March and in November.Please note that the buffet breakfast is served every morning from 08:00 until 10:00 for only guests staying in the rooms. Breakfast is available after this time at an extra cost of EUR 10.Guests of the Studio are required to provide a credit card upon check-in to guarantee the property.Check-in and key collection take place at the main Agriturismo Tenute Plaia structure, in the Scopello 3 district, from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm.In the Studio apartment only the "All Inclusive" rate includes breakfast, swimming pool and daily cleaning services.For Studio Apartment guests it is possible to request the breakfast service at a cost of €10 per person from 2 April to 31 October.
Breakfast IS NOT AVAILABLE during restaurant closing periods.Please note that the studio apartments are located in a separate building.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Quiet location, safe on site free parking. Very clean and tidy. Short 9 minute walk into Scopello village. Close to Zinzaro Nature Reserve.

I accidently posted a bad review a few days ago. It was meant to be for another venue. This venue was favourite of my 6 weeks in Sicily. I cannot recommend more highly. It was fantastic. Right in the city and equipped with everything I needed. Loved it!

Lovely location with views of the sea and surrounding countryside. Attractive and well kept courtyard, garden and pool. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

The place, the vue over the coast of Scopello at breakfast was wonderful. Scopello in walking distance for dinner was perfect. The staff was truly kind and very helpful.

We chose to stay at a studio located in a separate building. It was a spacious stone house with an inner staircase leading to the bedroom. The location of the studio is convenient as it is in the centre of the village and it is nice for choosing a different dinner spot each evening. There is free parking at the studios which is well protected and very comfortable. Clean and tidy.

Beautiful resort just a few minutes walk from small town of Scopello, very quiet, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice swimming pool for relax, nice bathroom, tasty breakfast with wide selection of food, the best staff you can imagine, especially Nunziella helped us and arranged lots of stuff for us incl. transfer and renting scooter. Thank you, we were happy with everything and hope to come back in the future. Martin&Eva

Brilliant location on the edge of beautiful Scopello which is a truly magical old town.Perfect for hiking into the national park and visiting the little coves for a swim if you are fit and able to climb upend down to them.Stunning. Great restaurant.

We stayed in the self contained studio which isn't in the main resort but in Scopello village itself, which we were initially disappointed by but actually it turned out much better. The studio was absolutely perfect and loads of space with all the facilities you need. The sleeping area is on a mezzanine which was very smart. Loved the accommodation
