I was lucky and my room got upgraded, it was well decorated, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were top tier, friendly but not overbearing. They really made my stay.

Clean, comfortable, warm room with breath taking views. Bath with shower and plenty of hot water, the evening meals were very good and breakfast was exceptional along with the staff who were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
