location both near coastal resorts and three stunning historic towns . This property encourages leisure time around the pool and has several seating choices to eat and relax and socialize. an added bonus is a self catering kitchen.

Breakfast was good. Sea was within easy reach of the villa. Nicola was very helpful and informative about the area.

Nico is an excellent host. The included breakfast was good, and the shared kitchen was a very useful feature. The swimming pool was very welcome when the temperature reached over 30 C, even in September. The location was ideal for visiting nearby Schicli, Modica, Ragusa and also Nota. The best beach was at Sanpieri, only 5k away.
