Hotel Overview

This traditional, family-run Tyrolean inn in the centre of Schönberg is located right next to the A13 motorway at the entrance to the Stubai Valley. Innsbruck is just 12 km away.
Hotel Gasthof Handl combines hospitality with the amenities of a lovingly furnished hotel. It features bright and cosy rooms, a spa area with a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, and infrared cabins, and meeting and conference rooms. Massages and beauty treatments are also offered. There is a small gift boutique at the reception.
The kitchen serves traditional Tyrolean delicacies as well as international dishes. The high-quality products come from surrounding farms.

Great Location close to the Highway exit. The family room in the new hotel area was really big and clean.

It is a lovely hotel well-placed by the Brennar pass and good overnight option for ennroute to Italy. It has lovely views and I particularly enjoyed my evening meal. The family who run it seemed very friendly and I like that it is a locally owned place. The rooms were a good size, adequate parking and good atmosphere. Will return if in area again.

Very friendly staff - always helpful and smiling - we very tired on arrival so we ordered the dinner and took it to our room. They helped us carry the food to the room - very nice of them. Good restaurant with nice portions and tasty food. Good sized room with comfortable beds. Very quiet, although it is situated near a very high traffic highway. Free parking. Good location, easily accessible by car. Good WiFi
