Room was nice, clean & warm. The brakfast was very nice with a good choice of breakfast options. The bar had a nice selection of beers to help relax on my arrival.

It is very good option to stay with the kids. They have a nice yard with little rabbits and birds, very good breakfast. Our rooms were clean, good furnitured, and rather big.

Breakfast and the pool was a definitely highlights . Very good location. Rooms were fairly clean but tired. Staff in a restaurant where breakfast was served are excellent

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the management and the friendly staff of Novotel Rotterdam. Although I was initially given a room without internet, a fridge, and in a poor location, the reception team acted quickly and responsibly. They immediately changed my room and provided me with one that had all the amenities mentioned in my Booking reservation. Their prompt response and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. Thank you,

Very friendly and helpful staff, very nice and varied breakfast and well-equipped gym. Room and bathroom were small but clean.
