Staff were very friendly and helpful, e.g. giving me some plates without asking, when they noticed we were going to eat some cakes at our room. Rooms are very quiet and it is only a short walk to the Scheveningen Boulevard. Room and bathroom very clean.

Breakfast was very nice. plenty of fresh choices - continental breakfast, hot and cold options and juice options. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Tram No9 stop is right outside the entrance of the hotel. Short walk to the beach and restaurants

Located close to several tramstops in the area, beach is a 2 minute walk, supermarkets close by as well as enough restaurants and entertainment options (cinema, theater, sealife, 'de pier', casino, etc). Checking in went smoothly, staff very friendly elevators available, basic-room with city view. I did get a refrigerator as asked :). The bar downstairs is open till 00.00. Breakfast-room is nice and clean. Breakfast is good, although I prefer small packages (for Jam, Nutella etc) instead of the big jars, due to hygiene reasons. Same goes for handsoap and shampoos in the room. Maybe less nature-friendly, but it's more hygienic. Evening staff put sweets on the counter, and were actually at the desk downstairs to welcome me, when I came back from a walk on the beach. Makes you feel noted. Didn't happen when checking in around 1400h. (just an observation)

I liked that the sea was nearby and there was a place to relax. Thank you very much to the staff, there was a girl at the reception who spoke Russian, special thanks to her.
