It was far enough away from any road noise or city. Total peace and quiet. Fresh air and no street lights Peace Everything you require is in the cottage. Nothing missing. Clean and very comfy.

Cosy retreat for 2 people everything to live comfortably for a short stay you only need food all utensils are included solid fuel logs for fire 🔥 is a good idea to bring with you perfect location for walkers or off road cycling on disused railway line to Scarborough or whitby or coastal walks it is very muddy in autumn or winter good footwear or wellies are a must if walking coastal paths but worth the effort we were reliving holiday in a 2 man tent 25 years earlier so it seemed like a luxury stay upto when we were younger

The location is fantastic for visiting all the coastal villages and towns. The cottage was really cosy, clean and well equipped. A good comfy bed, plenty of hot water, and a welcome bottle of milk in the fridge and some biscuits. And there is a nice garden area to sit out in and relax. Remember, this cottage is on a working farm, so you need to respect the daily goings on of a farm. But the farm cats are super friendly, greeting us every time we came and went. Can highly recommend if you fancy a quiet escape away.

Location was good Cottage was clean and modern really comfortable loved the log burner . Ben and Wendy were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here! Can't wait to return!
