Friendly hosts Loved the Christmas decs Very clean and cosy Lovely place and would love to come back and enjoy their pub style room! Breakfast was fab and lovely little gestures, like noting that I had water the day before, so had it ready. Very nice touch: thoughtful and not service you really get anymore!

A supportive staff and convivial atmosphere at breakfast. Being so close to Peasholm Park, nature could be heard in good voice or in quiet repose.

Very nice decoration and very clean, a few stairs to go up to second floor however nice room with all the facilities, great location near to a little shop and pizza place, a few minuets drive to the sea front. Lovely breakfast cooked to order.
