Breakfast was more than adequate , there was a great choice, it really set you up for the day. The location was fine and was not a problem at all.

This was booked for a present for my parents, who thoroughly enjoyed themselves, they do wish I hadn't booked them so high up as they said there were alot of stairs, but this was my fault as the owner had messaged me to tell me this, and I though they would be OK- which they were.

breakfast room had nice atmosphere lovely friendly staff excellent service and breakfast was excellent you could choose whatever you liked room was comfortable and clean everything you needed view was looking onto road but was no problem

The sea view from our room was superb. The room, toilet and shower were very clean. We enjoyed our stay. The bed was large and comfortable. TV was modern and easy to use. We chose not to have breakfast so can't comment on that but other reviews are very good.
