The Helaina Apartments does not accept group bookings or pets.The Apartments are located between the ground and 3rd floor. There is no lift access.Late check in is possible until 22:00, by prior arrangement. Check in after 22:00 is not possible.Smoking is strictly prohibited and any breach will incur additional cleaning fees of a minimum GBP 100.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location to South and North Bays. Large, clean and tidy apartment. Good facilities. Tea, coffee etc provided along with washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bag and tea towel. Check in and out were great. Parking payment easily sorted when checking in.

Well equipped, extremely clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only stayed for one night, disappointed that we didn’t stay longer. Would definitely recommend.
