Excellent location. Family room was perfect for our 2 year old very spacious. Local produce used for breakfast. Friendly staff and very clean. Great value for money.

Lovely hotel, impeccably presented, the room was spacious with a super comfortable bed and luxury en-suite. Great views along the valley (when the fog lifted!) Booked into the restaurant for our evening meal which was very tasty and well presented. Staff were all very friendly and the fact it’s family run meant there was more of a personal/ homely feeling to the stay

This was a last minute trip for us as we were visiting friends in the area. The photos (while very good) don't do the hotel justice, it was beautifully decorated for Christmas, cosy and welcoming. The staff were absolutely wonderful, from answering my questions by telephone, to looking after us in the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Our evening meal and breakfast was exceptional! The views in the morning were stunning of the lake and surrounding area. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend The Grainary.

Very welcoming and lovely staff, pristine room and facilities were great. We felt very at home in the surroundings and high quality decor. Breakfast was perfect and they catered for vegetarians and gluten free. We were happy!
