Janey and Chris are wonderful, kind hosts in their beautiful spotless b&b, the rooms are perfect and the breakfast is superb, kept us going for the whole day, would hightly recommend and we will be returning!

Jeany and her husband Chris were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice and a beautifully cooked and presented full English. The room was spacious and well equipped with lots of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits. There is also a hairdryer.

The staff were so lovely and very accommodating for us and our dog. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the accommodation was amazing!

Excellent accomodation, warm and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts are extremely friendly. Location is great for Peasholme park and the beach. Dog friendly which for us is a must, they even offered our best friend his own breakfast. Would not hesitate to book again.

If you want to stay in a proper, good old fashioned British B n B, this is the place for you. The couple that own it cannot do enough for you. They keep the place immaculate. The breakfast is absolutely top notch, the best poached eggs I've had in a long while. We will definitely be staying again.

Had such a lovely stay!! Janey and Chris were absolutely lovely!! They went above and beyond to make our stay so amazing! The breakfast was absolutely lush and set us up for the day perfectly! I would 120% recommend this place to anyone and will be back myself pretty soon! Best place to book if your looking for a homely seaside stay surrounded by lovely people!

We stayed in the family room with our little girl. It was clean, well laid out and had everything we needed. Chris and Janey are lovely and nothing was too much trouble, even posting my daughter's favourite comforter that got left behind. We had a fantastic cooked breakfast each morning. We will definitely be back!
