Excellent location, not too far away from the town centre but far enough away to be quiet on a night. Greeted by very friendly staff and made you feel welcome.

the accomdation matched the budget. this wasnt a high cost place so we didnt expect a high end hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a clean en suite shower made this a perfectly acceptable hotel for the price. The location at the northern end of town was nice as we had easy access to both north and south beaches, by a good walk to either

Stayed her to see Korn at the open air theatre. Hotel is in an ideal location as its a 10 min walk to the open air theatre and 10 min walk into town. Host's were very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms decor is a bit dated but I believe the new owners are doing it up. I look forward seeing it when come back again :)

Very convenient for open air theatre, Host was polite and welcoming. There was an option for a light uncooked breakfast for £2. But no hot food available
