Sarah and Jim were great hosts, very helpful and informative especially about the local area . The hotel is very clean and has a homely feel. Our room (small double) had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was exceptional as was the wood fired pizzas. We will be looking to return.

Jim and Sarah were fabulous hosts, very friendly and we were made to feel welcome upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable and offered everything we needed. Breakfast was very tasty, lots of options offered using good quality and home made produce. We will definitely stay here again when next visiting the area.

The personal touch of the hosts that they bent over backwards for us and took care of every need of ours. Sarah and Jim are absolutely wonderful hosts and good cooks to boot. Our room was spacious as well as neat and clean. Toiletries and tea-coffee making facilities were well provided. A big advantage is the location of the hotel which is near the North as well as South bay making it easy to access many tourist attractions, restaurants and the beach fronts.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, perfectly cooked and plenty of options. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Sarah and Jim were brilliant hosts.

Everything about this place was fantastic. The hosts Jim and Sarah are the sweetest people and go out of their way to make you feel special. Food was fantastic, breakfast quality was beautiful and if you get chance to have their pizzas, go for it, they were excellent. Property is immaculately clean and bed was really comfy. Very close to the open air theatre too and north bay. Overall just perfect, thankyou both.

When we arrived early we was allowed to check in .Location excellent for the open air threate and guest house food was excellent

Really nice clean room the bed was really comfortable bathroom was lovely we were lucky enough to have one with a bath wich was lovely to have a soak in after a long day of walking . Very quiet there were no seagulls with there early morning wake up calls ! The breakfast was fantastic with lots of different choices it really sets up for the day . There is also the option to have an evening meal aswell with a good selection of meals to choose from they also do pizza on Friday and Saturday nights . The bar is well stocked to so if you have had a busy day and don't fancy venturing back out for a meal then this a lovely welcomed extra . Sarah is very warm and welcoming person . We really enjoyed our stay here .

Sarah and Jim were exceptional hosts, making our short stay really enjoyable. Excellent location only 5 minutes walk to the beach at North Bay. Freshly cooked breakfast, which was fantastic quality, set us up each morning for our day’s adventure. We will definitely return!
