Excellent location. The room was a nice size, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The owner welcomed me and was friendly, he clearly cares about guests having a positive stay.

such a lovely place right near everything you need . Steven was such a wonderful host nothing was too much trouble. breakfast was very good Highley recommend will definitely return

The rooms were clean with all basic amenities such as Kettle hair dryer towels toiletries. Convenient parking outside the Guest House for a reasonable price. Steve the owner was really nice and friendly.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, lots of teabags and coffee. We arrived on Friday evening, on Saturday staff asked us do we need anything :) there's also lift available which was very useful. The hotel is situated in a perfect location, close to the beach and town centre.

The location was excellent, had for the shops and public transport, plus it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, very happy with b-b and also Steve was very accommodate, yes all in all a nice B-B, I would stay there again next year.the so

The locality was perfect. Stephen our host was very pleasant and helpful.. nothing was too much trouble ☺️ The breakfast was excellent value for money anything you wanted and the food was cooked to perfection.😄 The room was nice and cosy ensuite with everything we needed. Lovely comfortable bed. We went to the accomodation to relax and that was exactly what we did. Everything was on the doorstep or nearby . We spent alot of the time there in our room just relaxing only leaving to go for an evening meal . There is a hint there Stephen 😉 If you were to do evening meals we wouldn't have had to go out. Overall a very pleasant welcoming stay will definitely be back Thank you.
