Great clean, spacious caravan with everything you need for/as a home away from home. Site staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of fun activities on site and beach just a short (but steep) walk away.

The caravan was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked with equipment. The site was really nice with lots to do and only a short walk to Cayton Bay.

Absolutely lovely caravan with everything needed to make it a perfectly comfortable stay. There were toys for my daughter to play with and it was in a great location in the park.

A great location between Filey and Scarborough reached by road or walking on Cleveland Way. Enough space between caravans to give a certain amount of peace. A nice south facing decking area made relaxing outdoors perfect. The caravan was spacious and had almost everything we needed. Shower was really good as was having an onsuite toilet. Smart tv in living area, and a microwave in the kitchen as well as kettle toaster oven and fridge freezer.

The caravan was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We didn't have any towels on arrival, but this was soon remedied by a quick call to the agent who apologised and had them sent over.

Very clean, warm and welcoming perfect for families and the host was very helpful through messages before and after our stay. Will be booking again soon.
